By accessing or using AnonDrop ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of AnonDrop.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means you accept the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.
AnonDrop provides a privacy-first file sharing platform for temporary file transfer. You may use the Service to upload files and share generated links only for lawful purposes.
You are solely responsible for the files you upload, share, or make available through the Service. You must not use AnonDrop to upload, store, or distribute material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable.
You may not use the Service to distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, phishing files, credential theft tools, or any other harmful software. Automated use, scraping, mass uploads, or scripts that overload, abuse, bypass limits, or disrupt the platform are strictly prohibited.
You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading content to AnonDrop, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and deliver the file only as needed to provide the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files. We do not use your files for marketing, profiling, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes. File access is handled for the purpose of providing temporary file sharing and responding to legal, security, or policy-related issues where necessary.
Uploaded files are intended for temporary access, not permanent cloud storage. You should keep your own backup of any file that matters to you, because files may expire, be removed, or become unavailable according to the Service's retention and abuse-prevention rules.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on AnonDrop:
Content that is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law. Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits or endangers minors. Content that promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism, hate crimes, trafficking, harassment, or serious harm. Copyrighted material uploaded without permission from the rights holder. Personal data shared without lawful authority or consent. Malware, viruses, exploits, phishing kits, credential theft tools, or any file designed to harm users, devices, networks, or systems.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, restrict access to the Service, preserve relevant technical information where legally appropriate, and report serious violations to the proper authorities.
AnonDrop respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content uploaded to the Service infringes your copyright, please send a takedown request to legal@anondrop.in with enough information for us to review the claim.
Your notice should include a description of the copyrighted work, the full URL of the allegedly infringing file, your contact information, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and any supporting details that help us verify the request.
We review valid copyright notices and may remove or disable access to reported content. Repeat or serious infringement may result in blocked access or other enforcement action.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that AnonDrop will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available, or free from harmful components.
We make no guarantee that any uploaded file will remain available for a specific period. Files may become unavailable due to expiry, removal, technical failure, abuse prevention, legal requests, or operational issues. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnonDrop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
This includes, without limitation, loss of files, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruption, device damage, system failure, unauthorized access, or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If any liability is found despite these limitations, our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid to use AnonDrop in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe there has been a violation of these terms, abuse of the platform, legal risk, security risk, or activity that may harm AnonDrop, other users, or the public.
Upon termination or restriction, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Any uploaded files may expire naturally, be removed sooner, or become unavailable at our discretion when required for safety, legal, or policy reasons.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises in connection with these terms or your use of AnonDrop, both parties agree to first make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue in good faith. Nothing in these terms limits our ability to respond to urgent abuse, security, copyright, or legal concerns.
If you have questions about these Terms of Service, copyright notices, abuse reports, or legal concerns, please contact us at legal@anondrop.in.
Please include clear details, relevant links, and supporting information so we can review your request efficiently.
